Siarhei holds the title of Master of Sport of Belarus and possesses a Diploma in Physical Education with a specialization in fencing, as well as a sports education diploma from the International Fencing Federation (FIE) in collaboration with the Institute of Physical Culture in Budapest, Hungary.

With over 10+ years of coaching experience, Siarhei has a strong background in training athletes.

From 2013 to 2019, he served as the Head Coach for foil fencing at the Olympic Reserve School and was also the head coach responsible for the Belarusian national cadet teams. Under his guidance, athletes achieved prize-winning places at World Cup stages, ranked among the top 16 at various World Cup stages, and were among the top 32 fencers at the World Championships among cadets. They also became champions and medalists in international and national competitions.

Coaching in USA

Coach Siarhei has over 5+ years of coaching experience in the United States. Since 2019, his students in the U.S. have won national championships for fencers under 14 years old (Y-14) and have become medalists and champions at local, regional, super-regional, and national tournaments. His students have represented the United States at international competitions in France among cadets and Y-14, achieving top 16 finishes. They have reached the highest levels of A and B ratings in the U.S. Siarhei also has experience refereeing at European Cup stages and holds a refereeing rating in the U.S., allowing him to officiate competitions in the U.S.

Since 2019, Siarhei has worked as a foil coach at the University of Chicago (Lab School), training middle and high school students. His athletes have won and placed in school league competitions. Starting in 2024, Coach works as a contracted coach at the University of Chicago (UChicago)
