As our Physical Conditioning Coach, Andrei focuses on building the essential athletic qualities every fencer needs: strength, speed, endurance, balance, coordination, and explosive power. His training programs are specifically designed to enhance fencing performance while improving overall fitness and athletic confidence.
Andrei works with students of all ages and levels, creating structured and safe conditioning programs that support long-term athletic growth, injury prevention, and peak performance in training and competition. His Olympic-level experience allows him to teach not only how to train hard, but how to train smart.
